Manage every location. Keep your music service.
Sites is the remote-management layer for Sonos across many locations — without the licensed-music line item. Bring Spotify, Soundtrack Your Brand, or whatever you already pay for.
Not this — running a shared queue that everyone in one office votes on? That's Hivequeue, a different product.
We don't sell music. We make the music you already pay for easy to manage.
Sonos Pro bundles remote management with its own licensed catalogue — you pay for both whether you want their music or not. Sites unbundles it: connect the commercial service you already have a license with, and pay only for the management layer on top.
Side by side.

The monitoring layer is real and running.
It's the same stack behind Hivequeue Control — proven on office Sonos, extending to multi-location retail.
Every speaker's health, live
Model, firmware, reachability and current source, straight from the bridge — the same monitoring that runs Hivequeue Control today.
Alerts when something breaks
Bridge offline, a speaker drops off the network, volume past the ceiling — sent to whoever's on call.
Remote reboot
Restart a speaker or the on-site bridge without a truck roll.
An audit log
Who changed what, when, across every location. Exportable.
What turns this into a full Sonos Pro replacement.
Zones and schedules
Different rooms, different music, on autopilot by business hours — the feature Sonos Pro leads with.
A fleet dashboard
Every location, one screen: what's playing, what's alerting, today at a glance.
Guard mode
An employee's personal AirPlay or Spotify Connect session takes over a store speaker? Detect it, reclaim it, alert the manager.
A public API
For the building-automation and AV-integrator tools (Crestron, Lutron, Control4, Home Assistant) that already talk HTTP.
Before you get in touch
- Do you sell licensed commercial music?
- No, on purpose. Playing music in a business generally requires a commercial license — Spotify, Soundtrack Your Brand, Qsic, Rockbot, or whoever you already use. Hivequeue Sites manages the speakers and the schedule; the license is between you and whichever service you choose.
- Do I need new hardware?
- No. Hivequeue Sites runs on the Sonos you already have, the same way Hivequeue does — a small always-on computer on the same network as the speakers relays commands to them. If you're already on Sonos Pro, this is a swap, not a re-install.
- Can my customers or employees add songs or vote?
- No. This product has no queue, no voting and no public add link — that's Hivequeue, a different product for a different kind of room. Hivequeue Sites is manager-only: you set the schedule and the zones, and that's what plays.
- Is this available yet?
- The monitoring, alerts, remote reboot and audit log are real and running today as part of the Hivequeue Control stack. Zones, schedules, the fleet dashboard and guard mode — the features that make this a full Sonos Pro replacement — are in active development. Tell us about your locations and we'll let you know when they're ready.
